the fairy in my garden

Best and dearest flower that grows,

Perfect both to see and smell;

Words can never, never tell

Half the beauty of a Rose-

Buds that open to disclose,
Fold on fold of purest white,
Lovely pink or red that glows

Deep, sweet scented. What delight

To be Fairy of the Rose!

  1. Too cute! My mother-in-law checked out your blog and is loving all of your pictures. How far along will you be in November? I might need you to come and take newborn pics of our little one!

  2. Sweet little fairy! Lily would love it. She asks me (nearly) every day, "Are there fairies in our world?"
    Where did the costume come from?

    Speaking of pictures and bellies -we need to get yours this weekend??

    Kenna's costume is a hand-me-down from a friend (she got a bag full!)
    Christie, Lily needs the 'Complete Book of Flower Fairies' Then she'll know there are most definitely fairies in our world as well as all her flower names.
