paints, water, play dough, crayons, markers, pencil shavings...
these get cleaned up as regular as the breakfast, lunch and dinner crumbs
we keep very few of our projects -the fun is in the process, the mess making

we set out to create something worth keeping, something worth giving
something that said-
You are Ours. We are Yours. Let it always be so.
Happy (so very belated) Father's Day
Oh, I love it! Looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteLooks great! Did you do the lettering at the bottom?
ReplyDeleteI saw a couple forms of this idea on pinterest. I used watercolor paper and did the tree with aquarelles (watercolor pencils that you brush over with water after coloring). I printed the lettering using a font I liked on my computer and then etched it into the paper, going back over it with black pencil (no way could I freehand such nice letters)
ReplyDeleteIt was super easy -but if you want it even easier, I know there are sellers on etsy that make personalized tree prints so all you have to do is add your hands or thumbs or feet or whatever:)
i LOVE this!!
